This Privacy Policy explains how eLearningz, operated by Marktech Business Allianz Private Limited, handles information when you use our website and learning services.
Information we collect
We may collect account information such as your name and email address; course enrollment, lesson progress, quiz attempts and certificate information; and transaction references needed to confirm payments. Payment credentials such as card details, UPI PINs and banking passwords are not stored by eLearningz and are handled by the payment provider.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, deliver purchased courses, track learning progress, issue certificates, verify payments, provide support, prevent abuse and meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
Sharing
Information may be shared with service providers only as necessary to operate the platform, process payments, host services, provide communications or comply with law. We do not sell learners' personal information.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, transaction records, legal obligations and legitimate business purposes. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
