These Terms govern use of eLearningz, an online learning platform operated by Marktech Business Allianz Private Limited. By creating an account, purchasing a course or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts and course access
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. A course purchase is for the purchasing learner's personal use and must not be shared, resold, copied or redistributed.
Course purchases
Courses are sold individually unless clearly stated otherwise. The course description and price shown at checkout form part of the purchase information. Access is activated only after a payment is successfully verified or a free enrollment is completed.
Learning content
Course content is provided for educational purposes. We may improve or update lessons, assessments and resources over time while preserving the essential nature of the purchased course.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the platform, scrape protected learning content, share paid access, misuse certificates or infringe intellectual property rights.
Payments, cancellations and refunds
Payments are subject to payment-provider processing. Refund and cancellation requests are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
